Job summary

Grand River Health Clinic in Rifle, Colorado is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join the Primary Care treatment team. This full-time, day-shift role provides psychotherapy and psychosocial assessments to patients of all ages within an integrated setting.

Applicants should hold Colorado licensure or be pursuing licensure (LCSW, LPC, PSY). A Master’s or Doctorate in psychology or a related field is preferred, with 2–4 years of relevant experience in an integrated clinical setting

• Current Colorado licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PSY) preferred.
• Accepting applications for unlicensed candidates working towards licensure.
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years’ relevant experience in an integrated clinical setting preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

The Mental Health Clinician is a part of the Grand River Health Clinic's Primary Care treatment team that identifies, triages and provides mental health treatment to patients of all ages with behavioral health issues.

• Provides psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families.
• Assists in the detection of at-risk clients and provides assessments and interventions to prevent further psychological deterioration.
• May teach clients, families and staff about care, prevention and treatment enhancement techniques.
• Responsible for ensuring that the biopsychosocial needs of clients are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Colorado licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PSY) preferred.
• Accepting applications for unlicensed candidates working towards licensure.

• $39.13 - $55.91 per hour dependent on experience may vary outside this range
• $5,000Bonus (If Eligible)
• Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience
