Qualifications

EMR software experience.
Current license with prescriptive authority in good standing.
DEA Certificate required.
Prior experience with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

Exhibits high levels of customer service, compassion, professionalism and empathy to all patients, embracing Harm Reduction philosophy.
Schedules appointments and oversees patient flow in the office.
Participates in provider and staff meetings as directed by Medical Director.
Interprets test results and communicates feedback to patients.
Counsels patients regarding medication adherence and treatment plans.
Completes patient evaluations and physical exams with thorough documentation.
