Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health, LLC in Manchester, NH seeks a SUD Therapist to support clients with substance use disorders in office, community, and telehealth settings. You will conduct assessments, create individualized plans, and lead individual and group therapy to promote recovery and resilience.

Licensed clinicians with experience in addiction treatment are preferred. Flexible scheduling and collaborative care within an interdisciplinary team are offered to support comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the state you are providing services in.
• NPI and Medicaid Provider Number preferred and required to start work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify substance use issues and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery and coping strategies.
• Provide psychoeducation regarding substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and relapse prevention techniques.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with case managers, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate care for clients.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes following agency and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to remain informed of best practices in the field of addiction treatment.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards, including HIPAA regulations and agency policies.
