Responsibilities

• Provide psychoeducation on substance use disorders and relapse prevention.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with case managers, healthcare providers, and community resources.
• Document all client interactions and progress notes per guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in addiction treatment.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and policies.
