Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; RN licensed; NP certification with MSN in Older Adult/Family NP preferred.
• PA route requires ARC-PA accreditation and PANCE; PA licensure and NCCPA certification.
• Minimum two years of experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with medical providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to achieve mission and center goals.
• Work with Medical Director/Attending Physician on patient-specific care.
