Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH. The role supports primary and urgent care for nursing center residents with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Base pay is $58–$62 per hour with a no-cap incentive compensation program. Both new grads and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply, with part-time or full-time options (24–40 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and be licensed as a registered nurse.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, concentration in Older Adult and/or Family NP.
• PA candidates must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PANCE to practice.
• PA license and NCCPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet center goals.
• Deliver high quality health care and compassionate patient care with the medical team.

Education

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program

Licensed as a registered nurse

Nurse Practitioner with Master's Degree in Nursing (Older Adult and/or Family NP)

PA program ARC-PA accreditation and PANCE for PAC designation
