Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a skilled nursing facility.

This autonomous, full-time role lets you manage your own patient panel and deliver primary and episodic care to residents, building lasting relationships with patients and families. You'll work 6-hour shifts (7–10 a.m.), with no on-call or overnights, chart from home, and follow a productivity-based compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Board certification required (e.g., AGNP, FNP; PA-C) — active and unrestricted.
• Valid, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of operation.
• Master's degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Responsibilities

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing Facility

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team full time, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role built around continuity — you'll manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day

• Strong independent clinical judgment and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced setting.
