Qualifications

• Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority in Massachusetts.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide ongoing care, follow-up visits, and medication management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and other care team members.
• Support transitions of care and communicate with patients and families.
