Job summary

Curana Health seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide holistic care to Medicare Advantage plan members. You will collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and RNs to diagnose, manage and prevent illnesses, and to promote wellness across diverse senior living settings.

The role requires independent nursing practice within scope, licensing in the state, and willingness to travel to assigned facilities. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in nursing or related field.
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the operating state(s).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, compassionate care to Medicare Advantage plan members.
• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and RNs to diagnose and manage illnesses.
• Prescribe or perform treatments, monitor and adjust plans of care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy; document care appropriately.
• Engage with facility leadership to align member care goals.
