Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner for Sandwich Primary Care. You will provide direct patient care related to diagnosis and management, with physician consultation as needed, in a busy primary care setting.

The role requires a Master's in Nursing, an active nursing license in MA, BLS, and strong teamwork. You will assess patients, develop care plans, order tests, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Master's in Nursing required for NP practice.
Active RN license in MA and current APRN authorization required.
BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a patient panel.
Perform history, exams, and order tests to diagnose and manage within guidelines.
Provide treatments and medications per guidelines; coordinate referrals as needed.
Educate patients and monitor response to therapy; adjust plan as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team; precept students and trainees.
