Job summary

Union Medical Group in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Convenient Care team. This full-time, day-shift role supports Downtown or Eastside locations, delivering high-quality patient care with an acute focus.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in primary care or ER and hold an MSN/PA credential with active Indiana APRN/PA licensure. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO from day one, and a 403b match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred, ideally in primary care or ER setting.
• Graduate from an accredited MSN or PA program.
• Must have Indiana RN license.
• Must have active APRN or PA/CSR license.
• AANP, ANCC or PA certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing care to patients at one of our Convenient Care locations.
• Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and healthcare needs.
• Records physical findings, formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
• Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician.
• Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.
• Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence.
• Follows company policies and procedures and department protocols.
