Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for PPV hospice/palliative care across home-based settings. You will perform assessments, manage symptoms, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the Medical Director and IDT to deliver high-quality care in alignment with Compassus values.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• Active and unencumbered NP license in state of employment required; CNS license acceptable where applicable.
• Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide palliative or hospice NP care, assessments, education, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with PCP, specialists, and IDT; ensure compliance with practice standards.
• Flex schedule to meet agency needs and after-hours coverage as required.
