Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Knoxville, TN is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient MAT clinic. You will evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe appropriate medications, and document care per Crossroads standards.

You will collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care, perform injections when indicated, and ensure compliance with state licensure and DEA requirements.

Qualifications

Certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in the applicable state.
DEA licensure in the practice state is required.
Additional state-specific education or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments per patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and coordinate referrals.
Perform injections as part of treatment as needed.
