Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our outpatient clinic in Morristown, TN. Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe appropriate medications, and complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.

Will collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals to other providers and community services. This is a full-time, W-2 position with competitive annual salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in.
• DEA licensure in the state of the center.
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals to other providers and community services.
• Will perform injections.
