Qualifications

• DEA licensure in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals to other medical providers.
• Will perform injections.
