Job summary
Crossroads Treatment Centers in Jacksboro, TN seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic. You will prescribe medications, document care, and collaborate with the care team to provide holistic treatment and referrals.

Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner with active license in the state of practice.
- DEA licensure in the state of the center is required.
- Additional state-specific education or certification may be required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic.
- Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient assessment.
- Complete medical documentation according to Crossroads standards.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic patient care and referrals.
- Administer injections as part of treatment protocols.
