Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a qualified clinician to join our outpatient team in Pittsburgh. You will evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribing appropriate medications and treatments per assessment, including injections when needed, and ensuring complete medical documentation to Crossroads standards.

Qualifications

• Active state license to provide patient care.
• DEA registration with required scheduling.
• Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare.
• Experience in substance abuse care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient settings.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as indicated, including injections when needed.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals.
