Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Johnson City, TN outpatient clinic. The NP will evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with the clinic team.

Responsibilities include comprehensive documentation, collaboration with staff, and ensuring holistic patient care. A TN NP license and DEA in TN are required, with related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• DEA licensure in the state where the center is located.
• Experience or training in opioid use disorder treatment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
