Job summary

HarmonyCares in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home primary care to high-acuity patients. You will work within a team-driven, physician-led model and focus on patient-centered care rather than volume. The role requires state licensure as an NP, DEA license eligibility, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
