Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-acuity primary care in patients’ homes in New Jersey, Monday through Friday, emphasizing comprehensive, patient-centered care.

You will be supported by an assistant in select markets and, where applicable, provided with a company car to support visits. The role offers competitive compensation and a strong benefits package including CME and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Licensed as NP in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located.
• Federal DEA license/eligibility.
• Geriatric training/experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• Board Certification.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to high acuity patients in home settings, Monday–Friday.
• Assistant to support appointments in select markets.
• Company car with driver in select markets.

  Responsibilities

  The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
