Your Role with the Company

• Full-time position, 40hrs/week, no weekends
• In-depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS
• Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities surrounding the Denver area - mileage will be reimbursed
• NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain
