Job summary

Pain Management Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role in Cody, WY. The provider will join a rural pain-management team, lead evaluation and management of chronic pain patients, and build a personal patient panel.

An onboarding fellowship (3–9 months) supports new graduates and diverse experience. Mileage reimbursement is provided and a strong focus on patient care drives the clinic’s mission.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• Experience in pain management or related fields preferred.
• Open to new graduates.

Your Role with the Company

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, no weekends
• In-depth training/fellowship program for NPs/PAs during onboarding (3–9 months) out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS
• Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities with mileage reimbursement
• Lead coordination of comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain
• Build and manage your own patient panel and make a big impact in a rural community

Background Profile

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
• Ideal provider is passionate about serving rural America
• Open to new graduates
