Innovative and growing Pain Management Group in Libby, MT is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Open to new graduates, offering a fellowship-style onboarding of 3–9 months in Cody, WY and Hays, KS.

The provider will lead comprehensive evaluation and management of chronic pain in a rural setting. Full-time, 40 hours per week, no weekends, with mileage reimbursement and a strong focus on building a patient panel and impactful care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Experience preferred in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, spine or family medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead in evaluating and managing patients with chronic pain.
• Build own patient panel and manage care in rural Libby, MT.
• Coordinate care and on-board in fellowship program during 3–9 months in Cody, WY and Hays, KS.
• Operate as a full-time provider, 40 hours/week with no weekends.

Your Role with the Company

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, no weekends
• In‑depth training/fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard – fellowship lasts 3‑9 months in Cody, WY and Hays, KS
• Advance Practice provider will serve patients in rural communities – mileage reimbursed
• NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain
• Opportunity to build practice, manage own patient panel and make a big impact in a rural community
