Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in an outpatient pain management setting. You will work with both new and established patients, helping develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans.

The position is 100% onsite in an outpatient clinic with no on‑call or weekend requirements, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license required.
• Active DEA license required.
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow‑up visits.
• Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform minor procedures (training provided).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR.
