NP Now is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This full-time role involves working with patients suffering from chronic pain, providing them high-quality care and personalized treatment.

The position offers a competitive salary between $130,000 and $165,000 annually, comprehensive benefits including medical and dental, and mileage reimbursement. A Fellowship program is available to support new hires as they onboard effectively.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• Experience in pain management and rural healthcare preferred.
• Passionate about serving rural communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain.
• Participate in an in-depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs.
• Work full-time, 40 hours a week, with no weekends.
