Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in an outpatient pain management setting. You will work with new and established patients, developing and managing comprehensive treatment plans.

The role offers a full‑time, weekday schedule (Mon–Fri), onsite outpatient clinic, and compensation ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license required.
• Active DEA license required.
• Experience in pain management preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform minor procedures (training provided).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM


• No being on call or weekend requirements
