Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Philadelphia is seeking qualified clinicians to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings. You will prescribe appropriate medications and ensure comprehensive documentation and care.

You will collaborate with clinic staff and coordinate referrals to other providers and community services, while maintaining licensure, credentialing, and compliance with Medicaid/Medicare requirements.

Qualifications

• Active and clear licensure in the state in which patient care will be provided.
• DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5 scheduling
• Credentialed through Medicaid and Medicare
• Experience in the field of substance abuse preferred.
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment, including injections if needed.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
