Job summary

AlignMed Partners in Baltimore, MD is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to float between three centers: Franklin Woods Center, Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake, and Hammonds Lane Center. New grads are welcome to apply.

The base salary range is $115,000 - $125,000 per year, in addition to a no-cap incentive compensation program. The role features no on-call on weekends and a focus on high-quality geriatric care with work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program with a registered nurse license.
• Master's Degree in Nursing with Older Adult and/or Family NP focus.
• NP must be certified; PA must hold ARC-PA accredited program and PANCE.
• PA must have PA licensure and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
• Support AlignMed Partners mission with high quality care and compassion.
