Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider at Pine Lodge Center in Beckley, WV to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents. You will collaborate with the Center Leadership and Medical Director to align patient care with center goals.

Requirements include NP or PA credentials, RN licensure, geriatrics experience preferred, and DEA/NCCPA as applicable. Competitive base salary and no-cap incentive program offered.

Qualifications

• APRNs must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed as RN, certified as NP with a Master's and a geriatric/older adult or family NP concentration.
• PAs must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE to use the PAC designation; PA licensure and DEA required; NCCPA certification required.
• Minimum of two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents on-site with other providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to meet center goals and priorities and with the Medical Director for patient care.
• Support delivery of high quality health care and everyday compassion in post-acute/long-term care.
