Qualifications

• Active state license for NP/PA
• Minimum 5 years nursing/healthcare experience
• Two years NP/PA experience preferred
• CPR certification
• DEA licensure
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in home-based settings
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based medical care and care planning
• Treat chronic and acute illnesses and injuries
• Order/interpret labs and diagnostics
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare teams
• Refer to other providers when needed
• Keep medical records up to date
