Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Health Center Manager Nurse Practitioner to oversee operations at our Greensboro and Winston Salem health centers in North Carolina. This dual clinical/administrative role focuses on primary care, chronic condition management, and staff leadership.

You will manage daily operations, staffing, patient flow, and quality initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current license as an NP in practicing state.
• Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites.
• Current hands on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• 103 NP may be required (California Only)
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the medical field.
• 2 – 3 years’ management experience.
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (RN, LPN, admin, tech).
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and root-cause analysis.
• Serves as infection control lead and maintains compliance with regulations.
• Communicates corporate policies and conducts meetings with client reps.
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and resolutions.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As aFull Time Health Center Manager Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Centers located inGreensboro and Winston Salem, NC. This is a dual clinical/admistrative role. Experience with primary care and chronic condition management.
The scheduled hours are:
Greensboro: Monday & Wednesday, 7:30am-5:00pm and every other Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm
Winston Salem: Tuesday & Thursday, 7:3am-5:00pm and every other Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm

What You'll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff).
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis.
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations.
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives.

• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring
