Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Health Center Manager Nurse Practitioner to lead operations and clinical care at our Greensboro and Winston-Salem, NC Health Centers.

This dual clinical/administrative role requires primary care and chronic condition management experience and entails coordinating staff, patient flow, and quality initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Current license as an NP in practicing state.
• Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites.
• Current hands-on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• 103 NP may be required (California Only)
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in the medical field.
• 2–3 years' management experience.
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis.
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations.
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives.
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Health Center Manager Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Centers located in Greensboro and Winston Salem, NC. This is a dual clinical/admistrative role. Experience with primary care and chronic condition management.
The scheduled hours are:
Greensboro: Monday & Wednesday, 7:30am-5:00pm and every other Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm
Winston Salem: Tuesday & Thursday, 7:3am-5:00pm and every other Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm

What You'll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.


• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff).


• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.


• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration.

• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations.
