Premise Health Inc. in Rome, GA is seeking a Full-Time Health Center Manager Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care for client employees at our on-site health center.

The ideal candidate has a NP license, a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3+ years in primary care, and 2–3 years of management experience. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, infection prevention, and ensuring compliant, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current NP license in practicing state.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3+ years in the medical field.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience using CDC/WHO/APIC infection prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Allocates time to patient care and maintains clinical expertise.
• Monitors patient flow, utilization, and penetration.
• Identifies process improvements and conducts root-cause analyses.
• Leads infection control and supports quality initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and communicates policies.
• Maintains patient health records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Health Center Manager Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Rome, GA.

What we’re looking for:

An experiencedNurse Practitioner with 3+ years of Primary Care NP experience who enjoys variety, leadership, and connecting with people.

What You'll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis.
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations.
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives.
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Current license as an NP in practicing state.
• Current hands on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the medical field.
• 2 - 3 years’ management experience.
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.
