Premise is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner, Clinic Manager in Dallas, TX to lead patient-centered care and daily clinic operations within a concierge-style health center.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff mentoring, and adherence to infection prevention practices, with a Monday–Friday day schedule and no nights or weekend shifts. Join a team committed to exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current license as an NP in practicing state.
• Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites.
• Current hands on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in the medical field.
• 2-3 years' management experience.
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.

As a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner, Clinic Manager, you'll lead patient-centered care and daily clinic operations at our premier health center in Dallas, TX. This is a unique opportunity to work in a white-glove, concierge-style healthcare environment while mentoring a collaborative care team and building meaningful patient relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring clinical leadership experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting, along with a passion for patient-centered care and team leadership.

What You'll Do
