Job summary

i4 Search Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for full-time, permanent roles across VA/NC facilities within a physician-owned organization. The NP will deliver essential care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings.

The position offers a flexible start between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM, with the ability to finish documentation remotely from home after rounds, supporting a balanced weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license is required.
• Current DEA certification is required.
• 1+ year NP experience preferred.
• Nursing background in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency, hospitalist, or general practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assess, and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and facility leadership.
• Conduct daily patient rounds and contribute to care decisions.
• Write orders, manage documentation, and coordinate diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate EMR notes and billing documentation.
• Provide education and communication to patients, families, and teams.
