i4 Search Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a weekday, full-time role in Bassett, VA, with a hybrid schedule. You will conduct rounds in post-acute and skilled nursing settings and have the option to finish documentation from home after rounds.

The position offers a flexible start time between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m., a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active NP license is required.
• Current DEA certification is required.
• 1+ year NP experience preferred.
• Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency, hospitalist, or general practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assess, and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and facility leadership.
• Conduct daily patient rounds and contribute to care decisions.

Schedule | Monday–Friday | Flexible Start 7–8:30 a.m. | 8-Hour Days

Status - Full-time Permanent

Location: Bassett, VA

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who thrives on making a difference in patients’ lives. This is a weekday, full-time opportunity providing care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings.
