i4 Search Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a hybrid schedule in Martinsville, VA. You will provide high-quality patient care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings during a 7-on/7-off cycle.

The role offers a flexible start between 7:00-8:30 a.m., the option to complete documentation from home, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active NP license is required.
• Current DEA certification is required.
• 1+ year NP experience preferred.
• Background in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, ED, hospitalist or general practice preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assess, and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and facility leadership.
• Conduct daily patient rounds and contribute to care decisions.
• Write orders, manage documentation, and coordinate diagnostics.
• Maintain EMR notes and billing documentation.
• Provide education and communication to patients, families, and teams.
