Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a skilled nursing facility team. You’ll manage your own patient panel and provide primary and episodic care with autonomy.

You'll see roughly 16–20 patients daily, with six-hour shifts, no on-call or overnights, and charting from home. Productivity-based pay can reach up to $624/day, plus a $50k retention incentive and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification required and active/unrestricted.
• Valid, unrestricted NP or PA license in state of operation.
• Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or PA program required for credential.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• See 16–20 patients per day, including wellness visits and H&Ps.
• Manage chronic conditions, med reviews, and orders.
• Coordinate with collaborating physicians, specialists, and facility staff.
