You will document care in SOAP notes and coordinate with site physicians to ensure timely access to care.

This position offers a compensation range of $114,192 - $126,880 per year, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Advanced degree in an approved Nurse Practitioner program.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical care to inmates, including exams, chronic care clinics, and infirmary rounds.
• Maintains progress notes documentation in SOAP format and adheres to formulary guidelines.
• Responds to emergencies and makes decisions regarding non-formulary drugs or off-site referrals.
• Supports policies and procedures for admission, transfer, and specialty referrals.
• Maintains confidentiality and contributes to facility committees as requested.
