Under supervision, you will conduct exams, chronic care clinics, and rounds, ensuring quality documentation and adherence to policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, patient advocacy, and clinical excellence in a corrections environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• An advanced NP degree is required.
• Experience in corrections settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical care to inmates, including exams and chronic care.
• Maintains SOAP notes and follows formulary guidelines.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates care with site physicians.
• Supports admission, transfer, and specialty referrals.
