Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant - Cardiology

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant with a focus on cardiology to provide comprehensive outpatient care in Trumbull, CT.

Location & Shift Details

• Location: 115 Technology Dr, Trumbull (10432)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time (40 hours)

Role Overview

The successful candidate will collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care, including diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and patient education. The role requires excellent communication skills, clinical expertise in cardiovascular conditions, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
