We are actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join a top Cardiology practice in Fairfield County. The provider will deliver direct outpatient care in collaboration with physicians, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered care, advocacy, and education for patients and families. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, flexible, passionate about cardiology, and adaptable to a rapidly growing institute. Effective communication with the healthcare team, patients, and families, along with excellent organizational skills, are essential. Responsibilities include patient education, clinical management, and diagnosis and treatment of complex cardiovascular conditions, including acute and chronic diseases, medication management, and therapies. The provider must identify emergent diagnostic information and communicate promptly with physicians.
Shift: Full Time - Exempt, 40 hours, Monday through Friday
