Clinical Responsibilities:

• Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to care.
• Conduct physical examinations according to guidelines.
• Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.
• Provide Preventive Medicine Counseling, Program counseling, and Product and Supplement Education.
• Follow prescription guidelines per the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR according to standards.
• Review patient progress and manage care accordingly.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities.
• Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and address concerns.

General Responsibilities:

• Review weekly reports and KPIs to oversee clinical operations and mentor staff.
• Serve as the liaison for medical and clinical affairs at locations.
• Participate in training initiatives and serve as in-house trainer.
• Improve clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop strategies to enhance patient experience.
• Participate in launching new programs, services, and products.
• Manage projects effectively with strong project management skills.
