The position involves working as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant in a leading cardiology practice, providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting. Shift Details: Monday to Friday

Role Scope:

  1. Provide direct outpatient care in a top Cardiology practice in Fairfield County, collaborating with physicians.
  2. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, advocacy, and education to patients and families.
  3. Must be self-motivated, flexible, and passionate about cardiology.
  4. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and families.
  5. Educate patients and families about care, testing, medical conditions, and treatments.
  6. Manage clinical cases in collaboration with physicians, including complex cardiovascular conditions, medication management, and therapies.
  7. Identify emergent diagnostic information and communicate promptly with physicians.

Shift: Full-time, exempt, 40 hours, Monday through Friday
