Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant in Cardiology to provide outpatient, patient-centered care in Trumbull, CT. Join a top cardiology practice committed to high-quality healthcare and collaborative teamwork.

Location & Shift Details

• Location: 115 Technology Dr, Trumbull, CT 06611
• Shift: Monday - Friday, Full Time (40 hours)

Role Overview

The successful candidate will:

1. Deliver direct outpatient cardiovascular care in collaboration with physicians.
2. Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and expected outcomes.
3. Manage complex cardiovascular cases, including acute and chronic diseases, medication management, and therapies.
4. Identify emergent diagnostic information and communicate promptly with the healthcare team.
5. Exhibit strong clinical skills, adaptability, and effective communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master’s Program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PA-C, FNP, or AGPCNP in Connecticut.
