Job summary

The Spine and Pain Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered team in Tulsa with regular travel to Muskogee and Bartlesville. You will collaborate with physicians to deliver advanced care, develop care plans, and educate patients on managing pain and health maintenance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license.
• Active ANCC or AANPCB certification.
• Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority.
• Minimum 1–2 years of NP clinical experience; pain management/orthopedics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and histories.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physicians.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and prevention.
• Maintain up-to-date EMR documentation.
• Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled.

No weekends.
