Job summary

The Spine & Pain Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered practice based in Muskogee, OK, with travel to satellite clinics in Tulsa and Bartlesville. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to deliver advanced care.

Schedule supports wellbeing: Mon–Thu 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 7:30 AM–12:00 PM; no nights or weekends. You'll maintain EMR documentation, educate patients, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license.
• Active ANCC or AANPCB certification.
• Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical NP experience.
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or related specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and histories.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physicians.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per protocols.
