Job summary

The Spine & Pain Center in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced care in collaboration with physicians and a supportive health care team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, and ensure patient progress is optimally managed.

Responsibilities include prescribing per protocols, educating patients, documenting in EMR, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is required.
• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma NP license.
• Active ANCC or AANPCB certification.
• Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and histories.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physicians.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment to optimize outcomes.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and protocol development.

No weekends.
