Job summary

The Spine & Pain Center in Tulsa seeks a compassionate Family Medicine Physician for outpatient practice with no hospital rounding, no nights, and no weekends. You will provide comprehensive primary care to adults, travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics, and develop individualized treatment plans.

You should be MD/DO, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, licensed in Oklahoma, with DEA, strong clinical judgment, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible Oklahoma state medical license.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and bedside manner.
• Commitment to high‑quality, compassionate patient care.
• Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients.
• Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and sound medical decision‑making.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Educate patients on preventive care, medications, and chronic disease management.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinate care with internal clinical staff and outside providers as needed.
• Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled.

# Family Medicine PhysicianOutpatient only · No nights or weekends · Sign-on bonus## About the roleThe Spine & Pain Center is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team. This is a practice built around meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a team culture that values providers as much as patients.This role is an excellent fit for a physician passionate about primary care who may also have an interest or background in pain medicine, urgent care, neurology, or orthopedics. No hospital rounding. No call. Just focused, high-quality outpatient medicine.## LocationsHome base in Tulsa, with scheduled travel to satellite clinics in Muskogee and Bartlesville.## ScheduleMon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PMFriday7:30 AM – 12:00 PMNo nights. No weekends. No hospital rounding.
