Job summary

The Spine & Pain Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered team. Based in Tulsa with regular travel to satellite clinics in Muskogee and Bartlesville, OK, the NP will deliver advanced care in collaboration with physicians, ensuring high-quality outcomes while maintaining provider wellbeing.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, personalized treatment planning, prescription of therapies, patient education, and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license.
• Active ANCC or AANPCB certification.
• Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical NP experience.
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or related specialties preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided).

• Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled.

Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner at The Spine & Pain Center, you'll deliver advanced care in collaboration with physicians and a supportive healthcare team — with a schedule designed to protect your wellbeing as much as your patients'.

Locations: Home base in Tulsa, with regular travel to satellite clinics: Muskogee, OK, Bartlesville, OK

Schedule: Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

No nights. No weekends. Half-day Fridays.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
• Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled
